Playful and joyous.
It took me a minute to think of an appropriate comment other than, “cha cha cha” … because really, that’s all I could think of at first.

Thank you Jeff for feeling the joy..Was one of those rhythmic days. where even the birds and the trees bounce to the beat:) and it’s so good to be alive!! I feed wild birds and sometimes there are 30 at a time eating my bananas and papayas…I never caught them in a line dance, but I have seen them so up close and personal..when I go out to replenish their buffet…they barely even leave, they are so used to me.

Thank you dear poet…it was a moment of peace and fantasy that Life gives us sometime. I’m glad you enjoyed my composite image of those beautiful birds. The foliage behind is part of my yard. You were born with rainbows in your eyes…it’s just how God made you:) 🌈❤️🌈❤️

Beautiful, ah latin american dancing was my favourite I went for classes for more than 14 years. Cha cha cha got all the rhythm and excitement. The stronger foot work is so good for the health it opens the chakras in the soles of the feet with the vibrations flowing up and down the body. All life loves music and I can see the birds swaying in rhythm of the Cha cha cha eager to return to grasp a snack and dance again. I miss dancing so much. Sometimes one of my cats will join me to dance in the home and we sway to the music. Enjoy the life uplifts beats and sounds. Bless you

Thank you so much for this comment and for sharing your love of Latin Music. It is the music of my youth and all my best memories, center around it. Thank you too for your in -depth comment, because it makes me see you really connected to my poem:) I am lucky that I go dancing virtually and actually own a Bolero Club in Second Life called “Kari’s Kantina del Mar”..so no matter how stiff I become, I can still sashay across the floor. Bless you always too Nanette!

Ahhhh…I love the cadence of this one Karima! I can picture the birds dancing on your sill and then exiting “just in case.” You have captured in this, the simple daily miracles that are given us, but many times choose to ignore. Cha cha cha!
