I’m Alive! Music & Film on YouTube

Remember  a year ago, I wrote a poem and recited it to my own music, called I’m Alive!?
Well I always knew it should have been a video,
but I was a bit lazy back then:)  to make one.

So…after writing a few sort of “down” poems about the state of our world, I thought it was a good time to celebrate the simple fact… here we are; we’re still here!!  We’re Alive! I’m Alive!
I redid the music and re recorded the poem…I was never happy with my voice the first time.
Enjoy in 4K and click on CC to  see the words as I speak them. Cindy told me to put the link below in comments for those who had trouble going to YouTube to comment or Like there.
I welcome your comments and appreciation anywhere:)

This is lovely. And fun! The sentiment is always timely, especially when things seem dark. A great video! And music, and voice, and… 🙂

    • Yay! Thank you Dale..yes it is upbeat..I myself needed this when the world seems to crush down upon us…So glad you enjoyed.. Hope you didn’t get dizzy hehe

  4. Oh I’m loving this uplifting filming and your poem.. The babies will love the visuals.. I’m still alive and I’m excited.. grabbing all of the good and I’m still alive no matter what “I’m still alive. Precious is you and your vision and hope.. how about 105 but we have to be in good shape or 95 is good enough! ❤️

    • Haha 95 is plenty good for this balerina:) haha but seriously. I was hoping to put a smile on my friend’s faces after throwing a few disaster videos their way (the last 2 for sure) and that one when Earth killed herself… whew time for smiles and feeling very good about the fact we are here and while we are..all is possible. Thank you so much Cindy for watching and loving it. Always means a lot to me that you do:):) HUGS 🤗

      • hahahaha. I guess it’s ok. We just have to start planning our trips like your 75th:-) . I’ve got 1-2 more trips left in me to Costa Rica! 😉
Hahahahaha a little balance to even things out was a smart move.. I’m trying.. lol. You’re welcome but remember to put the YouTube link in your posts as it doesn’t go there at the end of the YouTube.. or I’m doing something wrong which is entirely possible. lol 🤣💗
