“House in a Storm” on MasticadoresUSA

“Stormy Sea” by Dale Innis on Midjourney

“House in a Storm”

Hopeless as a shipwreck crashing on the waiting rocks.

Safe as a fireplace, and a living room, warm comfort- food,

with a storm raging outside.

Snug and dry… better not to peek through the drawn drapes.

Beyond these firm but fragile walls the tides are coming in,

with a howling wind…….
