My Poem Nominated Best Publication in July at Spillwords.com

Stop-The-Night-spillwords-720x480
My Poem, Stop The Night, has been nominated for best publication of the month on Spillwords Press.
This is a popular vote and I never have participated because, the other times, I was running against a WordPress author I knew. So how can I say
“Vote for Me…Not for Her or Him”??
But this time..it’s different. I know no one else
Soooo please Vote For Me!!  haha:)
I don’t have a big social media presence so I will need your help.
Vote here Spillwords Voting  and scroll down to Best Publication (not Author)
Click Stop The Night Karima Hoisan and push Vote and Voilá!
Well not exactly that simple…you do have to register with an email and make a password for their site. I know this deters people, so If you don’t wish to do that, I understand:)
This time I will just go for it and Inshallah the votes will come.
The voting is only open until July 29th so..Vote soon:)
Thank you all for your help:):)
I am honored to have made the list:)

    • Aww thank you for that Mich…Yes being in competition with my WordPress friends and fellow poets is impossible for me, to ask for votes…but this time well, the coast was clear as they say. Big hugs and thank you always for your support!

Your work always has a sense of the eternal. Your willingness to delve into the deeper waters of expression when most are merely addicted to rhyme or beauty. Keep doing what you’re pursuing. It gives license to those who are trapped in the mundane.

    • Thank you so much my friend. Your beautiful words mean a lot to me, because of your own bright talent as a brilliant poet, lyricist and filmmaker. I know the integrity of your commentaries and so this one inspires me to keep “doing what I’m doing” I love how you put it and can safely say, that they’re not going to catch either of us, trapped in the mundane:):) Not now…not ever!! Thank you for commenting Roy:)

    • Naveen, thank you so much for braving the off-putting process of registering to vote. I really appreciate it my friend. This is my first and most likely last time to ask for votes…it’s been a learning experience and I feel very grateful, for those who did make the attempt to cast a vote. 🙏🌹

    • Awww it’s the thought that counts. It’s a very nice literary online magazine, from NYC. It’s always an honor to be published by them. It’s a juried process to be selected for publishing. 🌹🙏
