Hi everyone,
If you watched my 1 minute video “No More!” you will recognize this music.
I actually wrote it for this poem, but then the USA bombed Iran
and I made that small video using it. I just read, by the way,a ceasefire has been agreed on between Israel & Iran (2 hours later I read it has not) but ……hopefully WWlll will be avoided.
As you can see it has been a hard week for me personally and Sunday, I lost my beloved Cousin Dan who finally, at 95 could rest from this world. That’s what this poem is about.

Ach, God, that calendar, those five days… “Honestly?” indeed!
I love the energy you’ve converted that into. Let’s start all over again!

Thank you so much soulkin and thank you for your wisdom too in this time.. how important it was to talk to you. I am sad to let my cousin go…but it is what he has wanted for the last 3 years so…..I am happy he finally got his wish and was released from his life of darkness (being blind) into the light, Rest in Peace my dear Cousin Dan. I will love you forever💕

Oh dear, what a week this has been for you and the world. I am so sorry. It’s crazy out there.

THese are times when we seem to have leaders who are completely insane and have no understanding at all of how the last world war started. Bullying large powers now finance and stir up trouble around the world and we look on as they feed their little monsters in other countries and watch the genocide with glee. Calling out the warmongers is something we must do and not cease to do until we can build a more peaceful world. I am sorry to hear of your loss of your cousin. We met up with the ‘English cousins’ (my side of the family) about a fortnight ago and we all felt it was important to keep the connections as we get older and less mobile. Thank you so much for your thoughts in this poem.

I agree David, it’s the time of leadership insanity..and we are being dragged into their insane decisions. Thank you so much for your words about my cousin Dan…as I explained in earlier blog posts we talked weekly, always in Spanish..He wanted so badly to leave this life and at 95 he finally got his wish. May he rest in peace.

It’s truly a terrifying mess we’re in, I agree! Life continues to deliver things we never thought we would have to endure. I’m ready, Yes! A new beginning for sure!!!!!!!! Yikes Cindy…I missed your comment..So sorry Yes I have written several poems about him, our Family Historian, and he finally got his wish to move on. I am happy for him, but I feel like a selfish child who just doesn’t want to let go of our amazing voice chats. every Wednesday since…I feel it.
