Balloon in Love

Indulge me:) please!
I am way too into helium balloons for my own good:) but..one Sun balloon today
deserves to be immortalized on film. He has been flying mid level for an entire day,
without touching either the ceiling or the floor. He hovers like a spaceship in one place
for minutes at a time and then takes off and (would you believe it? ) falls in love!!:)
Just click Play to see what I am talking about…to the sublime music of Angelo Badalamenti (May he rest in Peace) “Falling” from Twin Peaks I give you “Balloon in Love”

Haha, what fun! And I wouldn’t have expected this music to match a helium balloon floating aimlessly around ๐Ÿ˜‰ but there you go; it’s perfect. You see wonders everywhere; thanks for sharing them with the world!

    • It is truly my pleasure (my obsession) Dale:) I need to add that this was not staged…all happened in real time, except the last image is a photo, not video.
I honestly could not take my eyes off of him and he flew everywhere in the house:) This is the last day in his life…tomorrow he will most likely be on the floor. At least he had time to fall in love in his last moments:) I’m glad for him๐ŸŽˆโค๏ธ๐ŸŽˆ

Are you sure you have been huffing and puffing helium ? Maybe some of that good Costa Rican mota ? You just keep being you Karima. That should be more than enough for anybody and everybody. Wishing you peace and happiness always Karima! You are a enchantress. Su amigo,
    Marcos

Awww what a unique and fun post!!! Balloons have fascinated me since I was little, I think I once wrote a story and the journey of a flying balloon lolโ€ฆso I totally get your intrigue in this category ๐Ÿ˜Š. LOVE the video and the creative imagination behind it. You are on a roll lately, dear Karima!!! Keep the magic flowing, itโ€™s a treat to support ๐Ÿค๐Ÿค—

    • Thank you dear Grace…so you know too, how absolutely fascinating they can be) Some one gave me one tied to a basket of roses last March and now I am inundated in them:) Thanks so much for watching this slow flying star and romantic lead..He’s such a tease..but he wins her helium heart in the end. I just love a happy ending..and also your wonderful comments, my fellow balloon aficionado:) ๐Ÿ™โค๏ธ๐Ÿ™๐ŸŽˆ

    • Soulkin…I forgot to push Post Comment!! ๐Ÿค“ Ohh was my pleasure to take you on this ride, my fellow helium balloon connoisseur , because you also seriously dab in this specialty niche (๐ŸŒน๐ŸŽˆโค๏ธ) I love that and that is one (of the countess ways) we are synced. How very lucky…to know what we know about this floating thrill:) ๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿป๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿป๐ŸŽˆ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŽˆ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŽˆ๐ŸŒŸ

Balloons are such a pure way to experience joy in a simple form or perhaps remind us of our childhood where balloons seemed like such colorful, magical things! What a great video to illustrate those feelings. ๐Ÿ™‚

    • Ohh thank you so much Layla…Yes That is what they do for me..like fireworks, balloons put that sense of magic back in our lives… Never too old and never too young to feel that..Like a beam of innocence in a highly jaded world, we revert to wonder, happiness, and that best state of all..awe!! ๐ŸŽˆ๐Ÿฆ‹ ๐ŸŽˆ

This so great and much fun, Karima! I always get a sense of loss as a child when a balloon stopped floating and dancing through the air. Itโ€™s fun to relive this through your lovely video. ๐ŸŽˆ๐Ÿค—

    • Ohhh I agree with you on that Jeff…but I avoid this a bit by being the “resurrector “and if the balloon is made of mylar (tin foil not latex) and you get it before the cat does *smiles…they can be refilled again and again!! I am so glad you enjoyed my iphone video of just one of the million stories in Helium Balloon land:):) My dear friend swadharm9 calls it…a “specialty niche” She herself is in love with them too:) so….she Knows:) ๐ŸŽˆ๐ŸŽˆ๐ŸŽˆ
