“My 100th movie on YouTube !! Soooooo….. I wanted to do something special for this milestone on my Channel which I have kept up since 2010.
The Holiday Season of Halloween and my favorite ducklings, Cosmos & Nova seemed a good way to celebrate and so here is the 3rd episode in the continuing saga of the ever growing duckling family of Cosmos & Nova, who will go on their first Trick or Treat ever!! As always, this movie is made for ages 2- 102 (Audiences younger or older might not get it:)
I was going to make you all wait and myself (Pisces don’t like to wait) until a proper date to do a Premier.. but honestly..I want to share it now..now now!!
So here it is!!
Please watch in 4K and turn the soundtrack up.. It’s my original and it’s pretty wild and moody:)and has narration (all 7 minutes)
Likes & Comments on my YouTube Channel or here on WordPress or both:) are always loved  and New Subscribers too:) Happy Halloween!!  Trick or Treat!!

What a great video and a fun way to celebrate your 100th movie – lots of actors in this one as well. I just loved the happy, fun feel of this Karima. Halloween has always been a bit of a scary thing to me because of the masks and not knowing who is who. But this was such a fun-filled and upbeat take on Halloween. First, who doesn’t love duckies, especially if you saw your movie about the “almost-extinct duck.” I loved how you did the trick or treating in a boat and how very clever of you and Dale to be Mr. and Mrs. Merlin. Now, you will have to let me know if I am wrong but it looked like Mr. and Mrs. Merlin was a cat and a mouse and if that is the case just more to adore about this couple. I just loved that, along with the very creative costumes for everyone. The background was stunning with all the colors and the added visuals in the air to create a mystic atmosphere. It was fun to watch how you were constantly changing the colors on their orbs on the top of their sticks.

I loved all the work that went into that and hats off to Dale for putting all of that together. You two have done some incredible work together. It is almost hard to believe just how much time and effort you two have spent doing some outstanding movies. I have many favorites. Anyone who doesn’t know how these are made may want to read up on it because I was so surprised when you explained it to me. The hours, costumes, music, and backdrops, well let’s just say taping a video would be so easy compared to what is involved in this process. To know you have done 100 must feel like such an accomplishment my friend. I truly loved all the visits the ducks made. I loved the whole introduction of Mr. Toad, a very funny arch and he was so funny, especially at the party when he danced. I enjoyed the scarecrow and skeletons dancing and all the packages of goodies for the ducks. You two did not miss a detail. The dancing was so fun at the party and I was glad you had the artist show up for the dancing, too. I loved the way the witch lost her hair and her hat when she didn’t give the ducks a treat. The dancing always amazes me, I just don’t know how you get that so perfect. I liked the surprise visit of the witch from the woods and the tall, strapping man who danced with her. The whole thing was something else, Karima. I loved all the music and the way you narrated the story. It is a perfect story for people to show their little ones at home as well as us adults to get entertained as well. It is amazing to me just how much work you manage to do for these and how everyone comes together to make it happen. Having a 100th movie for Halloween is just amazing to me, and you should be proud, as well as Dale and everyone else who has been there throughout the years to work with you on all of these amazing works of art. Thank you for sharing this with us, and I look forward to seeing your piece on SpillWords on the 26th of this month – congratulations all around, my dear friend. A big thanks to Dale as well for all the work you have done to make so many of these amazing works of art. I have many favorites but know that everyone is a work of love. So , thank you all for sharing weeks of your labor to entertain us. With love and admiration for the talent and commitment it takes to do this work! Joni ❤️

What a lovely and detailed comment! As far as the backgrounds I can take credit for using Midjourney to make some nice images, but Karima wove them into the great spooky atmosphere. So glad you enjoyed the movie!

        • Dale, I always love the work you do. The two of you together are just amazing. When I talk to Karima she always gives you lots of credit for all the hard work you do and has explained how important what you do is, especially the coding for movement and that kind of work. She also talks a lot about your colorful integration of all the many works you have done with her over the year and how you are an intricate part of the process. So I know you are just a humble artist, which does not surprise me as she is too. But I did really enjoy it as I do all your and Karima’s work. Thank you for all you do, many blessings and a big hug. Joni

    • All of the house fronts where the ducklings stopped to trick or treat were Dale’s images and they were just perfect for each character. The moving images behind the moving boat I shot on Kitely worlds Dale and I created together, like The Wizard, The Mountain, River of Forgetting, AI Dreams in Art. I edited that all together to try and make a smooth transition. So glad you loved them Joni. Your comments are always so detailed and spot on and I so enjoy seeing the video through your eyes. Thank you my dear friend, for taking out so much time to watch it and share your thoughts here on YouTube and even on my blog. You are Amazing!! Than both you and Scott for enjoying my crazy flights of fancy :):) Much love to you Joni ❤️🙏🤗

It is my pleasure, Karima. It was a timeless piece you two put together and the other actors as well. I found myself going back and watching some parts over again because the detail was so incredible. You can’t possibly catch everything unless you are watching so close. All the details in the little ones costumes and the visits to each of the homes, especially the frog, were priceless. Great job and congratulations on the 100th piece. WOW!

  7. I’ve been so out of the loop (life circumstances, ya know) that I had no idea your new production was going to be something from MY WISHLIST… a genuine episode of the SERIES!!! Viewing was like a multi-dose of happy factors, lol. The entire vibe is so imaginative and colorful in every way. Who knew the entire duck family had grown AND are thrill seeking adventurers?! I love how they pepper Mama duck with questions and although eager for adventures, reveal their dependence on the wisdom and protection of their matriarch. For me there is that ‘familiarity’ with your characters visually that makes it feel like visiting old friends (smiles) and makes me eager to see what the mind of their ultimate Creator will cook up next! Muchas gracias, Sissy Poo, for feeding and seeding our minds with your joyful creativity ((hugs)).

Awww Sissy..I’m so sorry you couldn’t be a part of the chorus line on this one, but it warms my heart to know how much you love the Cosmos & Nova series..I guess this episode makes it a trilogy and who knows what might come next? Anything could happen. I think these baby ducklings just have star quality and aww quality all on their own..When you mix them with their pond friends you can cook up some fun and right now in our lives, I prescribe a little of that for everyone:):) So they are just good medicine, plus their innocence and as you point out, their ties to good ol mom for wisdom and protection is something pretty universal. Thank you Sissy for these glowing words and your eternal support of what my mind cooks up. Love you Sis!! ❤️🤗❤️

PS Eeeek..my real life picture appeared here:) Where’s my vampire? lol
