If anyone would care to subscribe to my YouYube, please do:)  I’m 2 short of a cool 300 subscribers:) Likes & comments always appreciated here or there.

All the paintings shown, are by the very talented Swedish Artist, Markus Akesson, who gave me permission to display them on my world and use them in videos.

Big changes are blowing in the wind… They could come from any direction, but it’s time to open our eyes. Climate change is one of them and we see the effects everywhere in the world, most recently in Kerriville Texas and Camp Mystic Children’s Camp, where over 128 people lost their lives, or are missing, many of them children,. My heart goes out to all the families who lost loved ones in this tragic way.

Whoa, amazing! You’re really on a roll lately. 🙂 Using those wonderful paintings, and that sim, for a brand-new purpose and feeling. The music is perfect with the words, your voice, and the images. And it could mean so many things… Well done!

    • Thank you Dale and yes as you say…it could mean so many things, but climate change is certainly one. The times they are a swrling and a changing:) His paintings were just perfect for the message… I got into the music..touched my roots of the 60’s… Thank you for helping to put this world together originally… things move around…because of you:)

    • Wow thanks so much Joey..yeah I felt this one deeply as I was making it… I really got into the music..felt like 21 and back in a rock bandand ionically, I had so many paintings that just fit what I was trying to say…like they were all made for each other. I just love when it happens like that.. it just rolls into a finished video:) Big hugs to you too…See you tomorrow!!

  5. Powerful video with music and visuals that truly depict climate change and the destruction it brings. What a great reminder for all of us to wake up and do our part. Lovely filming and art, Karima. When I try to go to your YouTube, I can’t here. Can you start putting the link in your post? Great job, Karima! 💕

  7. For those among us who are scientistsit is veryfrustrating to listen to leaders who are basically ignorant of even High School Science. I used to think some of them ignored the effects, now I realise they simply don’t undersstand what is happening. That is more frightening than deliberately pretending it is not happening. The lives of children were lost because saving money was seen as preferable to responding to climate change. This makes no sense at all. A great video and I liked the background music as well.

    • Thanks again David, for commenting on my video both here on my blog and on my YouTube channel. The sad truth and state of our world at this time is that profits trump (no pun intended) the future of earth, the health of our citizens and the safety of our children and elderly and the most vulnerable. I appreciate you sharing your thoughts about it here.. and I agree with you.

So sad how many disasters are caused by climate change. There’s still time to act but I feel like too many people just don’t care.
