I am Baack among the living and the blogging and it’s a brand new year:)
This is a very niche poem/YouTube and if you are not an old resident of Second Life(I just turned 18 there) you might not get the message…but it is a lament to times gone by, when flexi dresses and hair had their day, moving so beautifullly, perhaps a bit unrealistically….but that was OK
In 2013 mesh came in…more “real looking” but static, clinging, and lost the grace of flexi:)

Hurrah for Flexi! It was I think still pretty new when I joined, and I loved it immediately. Unlike mesh. 🙂 A ballerina in a straight jacket for sure! Well said.
And a great video; your skirt moving like some graceful underwater creature. (And lovely backgrounds, and music, and voice!)

A very engaging piece. Second Life…wow. haven’t been there since 2005. I enjoyed the line, ballerina in a straight jacket.. immediately penciled it as something I wanna remember for future reference.

Thank you for watching Nigel…Well flexi might have just come in about 2005 so you might have seen some twirling skirts. Actually my muse wanted me to do this piece:) I protested but muse always gets her way:) T really appreciate your commenting!

Thank you so much Sadje….yes this song comes from an old movie about how Flamenco was born from the fusion of Arab & Spanish music. I too love that song..so pure Flamenco!!
