amazing! new worlds magically unfolding, a journey into a realm of (relatively) limitless possibility: imagination in hyperdrive, delight in story, color, shifting forms! it draws one in, just like the consensus world our physical bodies occupy also does, but the virtual slides more sensuously into one, touching those deeper parts we seldom show, yet yearn to be seen. 🙏🏼 incredibly trippy & creative! ❤️🌹❤️🥰🥰🥰

  2. Thank you J. my open and receptive friend:) Yes you are correct, the virtual does provide us with a blank canvas, a lump of clay to be molded by our talents and possibilities..Sky is the limit, because if you can imagine it, with time, you can create it…This is where collaboration is essential. Not all of us have All the skills to create a world or a video by ourselves…Putting together our talents is necessary and collaboration and cooperation are essential fundamentals of virtuality….ah but the rewards are Amazing….when we pull it off!!

Love this! For the obvious reason 🙂 but also because you express it all so well. Collaboration is always a special thing; and I think with both Nat and me, you were the one that tamed a relatively antisocial collaborator into someone that you could create multiple amazing worlds with. Another one of your talents!

    • Awwwww smiles…true enough, in the beginning there was a bit of aloofness and anti-socialnesss jeje in you both I might be the unconscious “Geek Whisperer” but it’s true you both changed in that area and oh my the marvels we all created together.. thank you for being you Dale..my genius collaborator and friend for life (Inshallah)

    • Thank you so much dearest Navin! I think to be able to collaborate with someone project after project, year after year takes a certain chemistry, much of it is just natural..two or more people on similar wavelengths..but this chemistry can grow when both learn to trust each other totally and both are responsible for what they put in.. if that makes sense:):) Thank you for this great comment my friend ❤️🦋🌹

I got completely caught up in this Karima. So incredible beautiful. The beginning is magical the background so beautiful with the changes of the seasons done so amazingly gorgeous. The metaphorical ball which rolls as you recite your beautiful poetry. It moves with a purpose and the music is just so perfect. I like how you throw material things over board showing how things don’t make one happy. Also the boat is so lovely and the sail looks like an angel standing guard over you and Nat. When you talk about the life after we depart you do so very beautiful and the dancers are such a perfect way to show the love of life. You have really outdone yourself Karima. Everything about this work is priceless. Thank you for sharing something so absolutely timeless and full of love. This is something one can’t really put into words you just have to immerse yourself in the beauty while you listen to your gorgeous voice. Thank you so much for sharing dearest Karima. Love and hugs, Joni

    • Thank you dear Joni…you might be one of the most immersive readers I have..Your comments are absolutely amazing!!You see so much always in what I do..be it a poem, a video, or a world..you have that generosity that takes its time and delves and bathes in every line.. I too am sick with Covid (my second time around) and I have had super low energy the last few days..so I understand how you have been feeling and I am so glad,,you both are on the other side of it now. These two videos are both favorites of mine with Nat. The experience of making it all come together ,starting from scratch withjust an idea, is something I will never forget. If you are at all interested to see our process a little more..I made a post about the making of the Ship film you might enjoy..I hope you do.

Working like this, builds a bond that is indescribable, so heady and attractive for me. It got to be positively addictive working with Nat on 29 films before her death.
Thank you dearest one for this beautiful comment..I can’t tell you how much your words and reactions inspire me..Big Hugs and give me a bit to feel better..I will catch up with you..Much love to you Joni..You are not only an amazing poet/writer but one of the best commentators who visits my blog regularly.. I so appreciate you in every way ❤️ 🤗❤️
